AI Owl Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in Ai-Owl products! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the made-to-order and personalized nature of our items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is aligned with the return policy of our print provider, Printful.

Exceptions

We will accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive an item that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
  • Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

How to Submit a Claim

To submit a claim for a misprinted/damaged/defective item or an incorrect item received, please contact us at [email protected] within the timeframe specified above. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue, along with any relevant photos.

Return Process

Once we receive your claim and verify the issue, we will provide you with further instructions on the return process. This may involve generating a return shipping label for you (if applicable). You are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the returned item(s) to the address we provide.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Upon receipt of the returned item(s) and verification of the condition, we will process a refund for the full purchase price of the item(s), including any applicable taxes.
  • Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
  • Exchanges for a different product or size may be available at our discretion and may incur additional charges.

Unclaimed Returns

If a return shipment is not claimed within 30 days of being delivered to the return address, the item(s) will be donated to charity.

Important Notes

  • Return Address: The return address for most cases will be set by default to the Printful facility. However, we may provide you with an alternative return address in certain situations.
  • Wrong Address: You are liable for reshipment costs if you or your customer provide an incorrect or insufficient shipping address.
  • Unclaimed Shipments: You are liable for the cost of reshipping unclaimed packages to yourself or your customer.
  • Customers Without Printful Accounts: If you haven’t registered an account on printful.com and added a billing method, any returned orders due to an incorrect shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment will not be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
  • Sealed Goods: Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, due to health or hygiene reasons. We will not be able to reship or offer refunds for returned face masks.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: We generally do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, except for customers residing in Brazil who have 7 days to request a return. However, you are welcome to offer your own return or exchange policy to your customers at your expense and discretion.
  • EU Consumer Rights: According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you may not be entitled to a return for products made to your specifications or that are clearly personalized. Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion based on these criteria.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
